Conference Registration
Registration is NOW OPEN! We have Earlybird Discounts available through the end of April. Starting May 1, all conference registrations will increase by $25.

Please ensure your membership status for 2024 is up to date before registering. This will ensure you can register at the Regular Member Conference Rate.
TIP: For AFDOSS Members, to help prevent duplicate member profiles in our database, if someone else is registering for you – please have them use your email address to create the registration. This will allow the system to associate your registration with your Wild Apricot profile and give you access to your member rate.
Hotel & Transportation
The 2025 AFDOSS AEC is in Greenville, South Carolina, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center. The negotiated conference room rate matches the GSA federal rate ($110.00), plus applicable taxes. There is also a mandatory 3% Greenville local destination tax on the room rate. With all the applicable taxes, this yields a nightly rate of $124.77.

We’re 15 minutes from the airport via free shuttle, which can be chartered within a five-mile radius. - Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Complimentary Breakfast for each registered guest (7am – 10am on Saturday and Sunday, 6:30am – 9:30am Monday through Friday).

Greenlink partnered with the Transit App. You can download it for free by searching for “Transit App” in the iOS and Google Play store.
Greenlink operates its fixed bus routes Monday-Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with the last trip departing from the downtown Transit Center at 10:30 p.m. Saturday service operates from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the last trip departing from the downtown Transit Center at 5:30 p.m. See the Schedules page for more information on Greenlink’s fixed route services.

AFDOSS will be applying for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) through NEHA. The amount of CEUs will be determined once the conference agenda is finalized. Forms to claim CEUs will be made available for conference attendees at the registration desk.
